Playing it safe during Coronavirus.
Trapped Escape Rooms are committed to providing you with a safe experience when you come to play. Here are just some of the things we’re doing to ensure a safe visit to Trapped.
It’s important to read them prior to booking, as we are operating strictly within these guidelines for the safety of you, other players, and our team.
We have implemented thorough policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We have games at staggered start times and are running at a reduced capacity to ensure you do not come into contact with any other customer groups during your visit. We are encouraging the use of bathrooms before you begin your game so you do not need to leave the game room until the end of your game when we aim to ensure nobody else is in the public areas of the building but if you do find you need to use the bathrooms again then we just ask that you wear your face covering to keep everyone safe.
Face coverings will need to be worn before entering the premises and throughout your time with us. This is a government guideline we have to follow for everyone's safety.
An area is provided for you to sanitise your hands before entering and your Game Host will collect you from the entrance at your booked time.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building and we encourage you to use it during your game aswell.
Between customers we are thoroughly cleaning the game rooms with sanitising spray and also using a specialist machine that sanitises the whole room and kills any airborne germs.
Public areas are also cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout each day.
As the Government guidelines are changing regularly please follow the link below to the Government website for the current updated rules and regulations: *Gloucestershire is currently in Tier 2
Whilst we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure your and our safety this will only work if you help us by following the government guidelines we have to adhere to and enable us to remain open.
